September Wrap Up

Welcome back to the monthly evidence that owning a reasonable number of books was never an option. 😅

I had a reading slump, it was brutal. I could not just sit down and find peace in reading. I don’t know if it is because I started school, I mean – it could be. I was tired most evenings too, so I fell asleep kinda early almost every night. 😅 But I’m now out of my reading slump and that makes me soooo happy! Because reading before I sleep is my way of winding down. And I really need it now.

THE DAMAGE

4
books read.
2 145 pages read.
4,8 average rating.
2,3 average spice.
0 DNF:s.

(This is based on my personal opinions, so always check the content warnings before starting a book. 🖤)

⚠️ SPOILERS AHEAD

The awards may contain spoilers. Consider yourself warned — proceed at your own risk. 💀

🚩 FAVORITE FICTIONAL RED FLAG

Hm, this one is quite hard.. But perhaps Callahan Woods from Fight. He is to much of a man, he did not even tried to get Scottie to tell her side of the story. 🥲
Kort motivering om varför månadens questionable man/woman vann priset. 😂

💩 BIGGEST FLOP

Actually don’t have something this month. I liked all of these books, and can’t say something bad about them.

🫠 MOST UNHINGED

Nim from Förrädarnas Pakt.
She is unhinged on a new level, she just doesn’t give a fuck about anything. She’s just doing whatever she wants. 😏👏

This is journalism. This is literature. This is THE MONTHLY AWARDS. 🏆😂

FINAL VIBE OF THE MONTH

A very good month. And I’m also sad that Throne of Glass is finished. I adored Kingdom of Ash, I sometimes had to stop my household chores just to listen to what was happening. I even told my boyfriend to shut the fuck up when I just froze while listening. 😂 Now I have started my Crescent City journey, and I am so excited!!

Until next time — may my book boyfriends keep the reading slump away. 🖤
